Cybercrime is evolving at a tremendous rate. Organizations are facing increasing pressure, including regulatory requirements, a rise in incidents, and technological complexity. IT and security teams are often isolated from the rest of the organization and perceived as a barrier to productivity when they lack the necessary support, resources, and, especially, the business context to make informed decisions.
At the same time, awareness programs are often generic and ill-suited, struggling to engage employees. External partners, on the other hand, offer little visibility. The result is a widespread sense of powerlessness.

EXPERTISE
Cybersecurity expertise that stands the test of time
Mondata is a growing Quebec company, founded in 2018, that designs and develops its own cybersecurity solutions locally. We are the creators of WeActis: our employee engagement application built into Microsoft 365, as well as our own sovereign incident detection and response platform.
HISTORY
A strong vision, recognized by local stakeholders
In 2023, Mondata received $17 million in strategic support from Desjardins and the Fonds de solidarité FTQ. This recognition confirms the strength of our mission and the importance of our role in Quebec’s economic ecosystem.
2004
Foundation of the company Enode and launch of Sherpa SAAS platform for GRC
2014
Enode acquired by telecommunications giant TELUS
2018
Founding of Mondata and the launch of the MDR cloud platform (MD.ECO)
2021
Soc2 Type II compliance. Annual renewal has been completed every year since then.
2023
Commercial launch of our SaaS solution called Proactive Cybersecurity (first generation of WeActis)
2024
$17 million Series A investment led by Desjardins and the FTQ
