About WeActis

WeActis, by Mondata, helps organizations that rely heavily on Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) reduce data exposure—an issue that has become even more critical with the adoption of AI. IT teams often identify risks such as oversharing and outdated permissions through reports or Microsoft Purview, but they frequently lack the business context needed to take action efficiently. As a result, cleanup efforts accumulate, and information that once sat unnoticed in collaboration environments becomes instantly discoverable by AI.

WeActis identifies risky file sharing and obsolete access permissions across Microsoft 365, then guides each employee to remediate the content they own directly within Microsoft Teams. This creates continuous, measurable risk reduction without increasing the workload of IT and security teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive our expansion across the province of Quebec by acquiring new customers. You will own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting and contract negotiation to closing deals—with the support of our Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, and SharePoint Advanced Management), as well as experience selling to Quebec’s public sector, are highly valued for this role.

You will play a strategic role in expanding WeActis’ presence across Quebec by building relationships with key decision-makers and positioning our solution as an essential component of secure, compliant collaboration within Microsoft 365—a critical foundation for successful AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own new customer acquisition across the province of Quebec.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies focused on Enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees), with particular emphasis on Quebec public sector organizations, including government ministries, Crown corporations, municipalities, healthcare institutions, and educational organizations.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem—including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, and SharePoint Advanced Management—to position WeActis within organizations already invested in these technologies.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, IT Vice Presidents, and Information Security leaders, through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
  • Position WeActis as a strategic solution for secure collaboration, data protection, and human-centric cybersecurity within Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Partner with the Sales Engineering team to deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical discussions.
  • Navigate public sector procurement processes, including government tenders, SEAO, and complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Represent WeActis at industry events, cybersecurity conferences, panel discussions, and webinars.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data security, or cloud security.
  • Proven success closing significant enterprise deals with large Quebec organizations (1,000+ employees) and growing a sales territory.
  • Experience selling to Quebec’s public sector is a strong asset, including familiarity with public procurement processes, government tenders, SEAO, and government budgeting cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Purview and SharePoint Advanced Management, is considered a major asset.
  • An established network within Quebec’s public sector or enterprise organizations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Experience with sales and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
